It is one of our highest priority to ensure that you are satisfied with our goods and services. However, if you are not completely satisfied with the quality of the merchandise you receive, you are entitled to an exchange or replacement.
In the event that a return is needed, please contact us within 14 days from the invoice date. Returns due to damage, defective product, or wrong item shipped will be reviewed by us for proper return or disposal.
If goods is returned for reasons outside of those listed above, you can exchange them at the value stated in the invoice within 14 days from the invoice date at our retail store.
